About us
Trevi is an award winning women’s charity in Plymouth. For more than 30 years, we have worked alongside women across the city, providing specialist, gender-specific support through some of life’s toughest moments.
Our services span residential centres, a women’s centre and outreach programmes. Together, they create clear pathways from crisis to safety, stability and independence. We also campaign for change and contribute to the national voice working to end violence against women and girls.

Trevi was created because women needed support that recognised the impact of abuse, trauma, coercion and inequality on their lives.
That principle still guides us today.
We provide gender-specific, trauma-informed services built around safety, dignity, trust and choice. We listen to women, respect their experiences and work alongside them rather than making decisions for them.
We are also prepared to speak out. We challenge the attitudes, policies and systems that continue to fail women and girls.
