Trevi’s Senior Leadership Team brings together specialist knowledge, charity leadership experience and a shared commitment to creating safer, fairer futures for women.

The team provides strategic direction across Trevi’s services, ensuring our work remains safe, effective, trauma-informed and rooted in the realities of women’s lives. They guide the charity through change, strengthen our services and keep Trevi accountable to the women we support, our staff, partners, funders and wider community.

Trevi is also governed by a Board of Trustees, who provide strategic oversight, scrutiny and accountability. Together, our leadership and governance structures help protect the quality, integrity and long-term impact of our work.

Amanda Greenwood

Chief Executive Officer

Amanda brings extensive experience, a deep understanding of the third sector, and a steadfast commitment to advocating for women. She has spent the majority of her career championing social justice and supporting women and children in communities with a specific focus on women at Lancashire Women. Over the years, Amanda has taken on numerous leadership roles at local, regional, and national levels, earning widespread recognition for her dedication to social change.

Amanda joins Trevi following her impactful tenure as CEO of Lancashire Women, where she has demonstrated a clear alignment with Trevi’s values and vision. Her dynamic leadership and proven ability to drive meaningful change make her uniquely positioned to lead Trevi in its next chapter of growth and service.
