A free, confidential service for young women in Plymouth who need support, stability, and someone to listen.

If you’re aged 16 to 25 and going through a difficult time, you’re not alone.

We support young women who are dealing with trauma, struggling with housing, care-leavers, or feeling overwhelmed by mental health, pregnancy, relationships, or day-to-day pressures.

Whether you need someone to talk to, help with practical stuff, or just a safe space where you feel believed and understood – we’re here.

What we can help with

Our team offers one-to-one support that fits around you. We know everyone’s story is different. You don’t need a referral or diagnosis – if something feels hard or unsafe in your life, we can help.

You might be:

You might feel like you’re always walking on eggshells, worrying about what will set the other person off. Arguments might leave you drained, or you may feel pressured to act or think a certain way just to keep the peace.

Life after care can feel like being thrown in at the deep end. You might have to manage bills, housing, and big decisions all at once – sometimes without anyone to guide you or back you up.

Abuse isn’t always about being hurt physically. It can be someone checking your phone, telling you what you can wear, controlling your money, or making you feel scared to speak up.

Not having your own place can be stressful and exhausting. You might be moving from sofa to sofa, staying somewhere you don’t feel safe, or not knowing where you’ll sleep tonight.

Finding out you’re pregnant can bring up a lot of feelings – shock, confusion, excitement, fear – sometimes all at once. It can be hard to know what you want or what your options are.

You might be trying to stop using drugs, alcohol, or hurting yourself – but the cravings, urges, or thoughts keep pulling you back. Some days it can feel like you’re fighting a battle in your own head.

You might feel on edge, get stuck in your thoughts, or relive things from the past that you wish you could forget. Some days can feel heavy, and it’s hard to see a way forward.

You might feel like you don’t fit in anywhere, or that people wouldn’t understand if you opened up. It can feel lonely, like you’re cut off from the rest of the world.

You don’t have to name everything that’s going on. You just have to reach out. We’ll walk beside you, at your pace.
