You deserve support. You deserve to feel safe.
If you’re ready to talk – or even if you’re not sure – we’re here.
Our team offers one-to-one support that fits around you. We know everyone’s story is different. You don’t need a referral or diagnosis – if something feels hard or unsafe in your life, we can help.
You might be:
In a difficult relationship
You might feel like you’re always walking on eggshells, worrying about what will set the other person off. Arguments might leave you drained, or you may feel pressured to act or think a certain way just to keep the peace.
A care leaver
Life after care can feel like being thrown in at the deep end. You might have to manage bills, housing, and big decisions all at once – sometimes without anyone to guide you or back you up.
Experiencing abuse or control
Abuse isn’t always about being hurt physically. It can be someone checking your phone, telling you what you can wear, controlling your money, or making you feel scared to speak up.
Homeless, sofa-surfing, or struggling to find somewhere safe to stay
Not having your own place can be stressful and exhausting. You might be moving from sofa to sofa, staying somewhere you don’t feel safe, or not knowing where you’ll sleep tonight.
Pregnant and unsure what to do next
Finding out you’re pregnant can bring up a lot of feelings – shock, confusion, excitement, fear – sometimes all at once. It can be hard to know what you want or what your options are.
Trying to stay off substances or stop self-harming
You might be trying to stop using drugs, alcohol, or hurting yourself – but the cravings, urges, or thoughts keep pulling you back. Some days it can feel like you’re fighting a battle in your own head.
Living with anxiety, flashbacks, or low mood
You might feel on edge, get stuck in your thoughts, or relive things from the past that you wish you could forget. Some days can feel heavy, and it’s hard to see a way forward.
Feeling isolated, stuck, or unsure who to trust
You might feel like you don’t fit in anywhere, or that people wouldn’t understand if you opened up. It can feel lonely, like you’re cut off from the rest of the world.
You don’t have to name everything that’s going on. You just have to reach out. We’ll walk beside you, at your pace.
We’ll start with a chat – somewhere that feels safe for you. From there, we’ll build a support plan together.
This could include:
We’ll be honest, open and non-judgemental. You’ll never be pressured to do anything you’re not ready for. We may not be able to provided dedicated support for all issues, but will be able to signpost and refer you on if that’s what is needed.
This service is for young women aged 16 to 25, living in the Plymouth area, who are facing:
Not sure if it’s for you? That’s okay. You can contact us for a no-pressure chat.
Do I need a referral? No. You can get in touch yourself or ask someone to contact us for you.
Is it really confidential? Yes. We won’t share anything unless we’re really worried about your safety, but we’ll always try to talk to you first.
Can you help me if I’m not working or in education? Yes. You don’t need to be in work, training or school. We’re here for you as you are.
What if I’m pregnant and don’t know what to do? That’s okay. We’ll give you space to talk through your options and support you whatever you decide.
Where will we meet? Wherever feels right – a café, a park, a youth centre – or you can come to us.
