From the blossom of our Sunflower Women’s centre a new service was born – Sunflower Seeds Family Support Service. This service focuses on the health and wellbeing of the family, supporting, developing and nurturing relationships between women and their children.

Occupying the ground floor and garden space at the Sunflower Women’s Centre, Sunflower Seeds offers a variety of activities, interventions and professional support, which are designed in partnership with the women and children themselves.

Our Sunflower Seeds Family Support Service offers the following:

Accredited parenting programme, Power Parenting
Mother and child activities including cooking, craft, positive play, story bags, forest school, fitness and fun, music
Informal mother and baby / toddler groups
Video Interactive Guidance (VIG)
Individual support and guidance
Access to therapeutic support

Our families are at the heart of our service, we endeavour to support them in the best way we can; listening and being led by their needs. We want to see them achieve the best future possible, together.

Our Sunflower Seeds Family Support Service also provide a creche for women who choose to access our programmes or services. Creche sessions must be booked in advance by contacting the Sunflower Seeds Family Support Team: 07944 973 837 or email sunflowerseeds@trevi.org.uk
