Starting Salary £49,707 gross per annum (spinal point increments up to £53,123)

Based in the Southwest, Trevi is a nationally award-winning women’s charity providing safe and nurturing spaces for women to heal, grow and thrive. Trevi has grown significantly over the last five years as we have expanded to meet the increasing need of women and their families, and we are looking for a passionate individual to join our new team.

We are looking for an experienced senior manager who is passionate about leading high-quality services for women and their families.

This is a strategically significant post within the charity, reporting to the CEO the postholder will be responsible for providing operational oversight and effective governance for the clinical services under the Trevi umbrella. This is an exciting time for the charity, we have grown in recent years and are looking forward to the next stage of our journey.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Managers at Jasmine Mothers Recovery and Daffodil Family Centre to ensure, high quality service to women and their children. They will also support the daily operations at Sunflower Women’s Centre and Blossom Women’s House.

The postholder will have extensive experience of managing at a senior level and be familiar with the requirements of regulated services. We are looking for an effective leader who can support and coach the leadership team to ensure good outcomes for the women and children we work with. This post will be responsible for the line management of the existing senior management team who are accountable for delivering residential and community services.
