Part time, 30 hours per week (2 x 12.5 hour night shifts & 1 x 5 hour twilight shift)
Fixed Term Contract until March 2025 (funding will be sought to extend)
Working hours: 8:00pm to 08:30am to include Weekdays and Weekends
Salary £22,875 gross per annum, pro rata (£18,300 per annum for part time)

Based in the Southwest, Trevi is a nationally award-winning women’s charity providing safe and nurturing spaces for women to heal, grow and thrive. Trevi has grown significantly over the last five years as we have expanded to meet the increasing need of women and their families.
Trevi is committed to playing a part in ending violence towards women and girls and accommodation is a central part to this. Blossom Women’s House will be a safe trauma-informed accommodation for women with complex and multiple needs in the city. It will aim to support women who are facing multiple disadvantages and who are rough sleeping, at risk of homelessness, released from prison or have been subjected to domestic abuse and sexual violence.
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our new team.
We are looking for a candidate who can confidently subscribe to trauma informed practice, with the understanding that trauma exposure can impact an individual’s neurological, biological, psychological and social development. Has extensive knowledge and understanding of the issues women face in relation to multiple disadvantages, domestic abuse, sexual violence and substance misuse.
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience of working with women in active substance misuse, and in a supported living environment. Experience assessing risk and need, creating risk assessments to manage the safeguarding factors of the individual. Experience working with service users who can demonstrate challenging behaviour.
